"I would like to thank you for your hospitality. The staff were always very kind, friendly, and ready to help with anything they could. I would definitely give them 10 out of 10. Regarding housekeeping, I would have appreciated it if the towels had been checked and replaced every morning, rather than having to ask for them myself. It would also have been helpful if the rubbish had been emptied daily. Another suggestion would be to provide high chairs for babies, as this would be a great help for families traveling with young children. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Only one downside was they never explained to go to guest services to book for the à la carte restuarants which we found out 3 days into our holiday. These were worth the money as the main buffet was just carnage and stressed us out quite a bit. The pool side snack bar was amazing and became our preference for a brunch. All in all an amazing hotel would Highly recommend."

"Excellent property. We had a family room which is 2 rooms one with a large double and another with 2 singles which are clean and good size. The food and drink options are excellent quality with lots of variety. The beach resort area has wonderful pools and a nice clean beach. In addition plenty of eating / drinking/ snack options at the beach aswell. We found the staff to be plentiful and very helpful. We had a very positive experience."

"This hotel is pretty close to being a true 5-star. Stayed here for over a week. Special thanks to Mursel at front desk. Can't think of a better option in the area at this price point. It was a good choice. Would come back. Liked: - the food was delicious and the quality was better than at similar 5-start hotels nearby; - very large area and only contains 429 guest rooms plus villas, look up how many rooms some nearby hotels have; - unlike at some other hotels, here all alcohol drinks are included, including premium brands - it is a true all-inclusive; - hosted different shows every day and they were enjoyable; - live music; - great for families; - the water park has several slides; - replaced uncomfortable pillows with "feather & down" type on demand; - located not too far from the airport; - provided great service overall; - there's a public bus that can take you to the nearby shops in 10 min. Didn't like: - no free airport shuttle; - following booking, they didn't respond to my message on Hotels.com - had to send an email directly where I received a response; - some rooms require maintenance, they are quite worn out; - the WiFi didn't work upon arrival, but was fixed the next day; - the public hamam didn't have towels nor shower gel or shampoo (very strange); - not all staff knew how to prepare cocktails, there should be training; - the water-sports & activities were way too expensive; - the mattress was too firm, took whole week to get used to."
