「3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app...

「I made this booking at last minute because of a bad experience in another apartment and they accommodated me well. The price was amazing given the location and facilities. The pool area was well looked after also and the pool looked really clean. Everything you needed for a long stay is available in the apartment other than cleaning products and shower gels in the bathroom. But it’s easy to bring those items yourself. The staff very friendly, 1 of the gentleman even gave me some lovely fruit one...

「Whilst the room was much smaller for us compared to what was expected, the room itself was clean. The pool was fine, food options were repetitive but biggest let down was probably the staff. They speak to people like they are fed up of talking or helping, at first we put it down to a long day but it kept happening throughout the stay. If you ask a question they make faces, they speak about you in Turkish to other colleagues in front of you. Explanation of what the hotel offers was not explained...
