"Great hotel, staff is very good for the most part. Russian guest assistant not too helpful though and lacks costumer service skills. Room is great, and fairly well maintained. Food and drinks are on highest level. Beach and pools are superb. Tower pub and restaurants have great entertainment and selection. Nightly events are very good and Mikonos club is great night time entertainment. Overall it was very relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone can find something they would enjoy, including kids. However the SPA area, hamam and sauna rooms have significantly deteriorated and fall short of the level of this hotel."

Surprisingly, was given a complimentary small bottle of red wine and fruit when having to repeat my check-in. Online check-in did not materialise. Nice touch for their issue made. 4. "Had a fantastic stay at Palmora Lara Hotel in Antalya. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was tasty with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to the animation team, who were amazing every day. Their energy, friendliness, and fun activities made the holiday even more memorable and kept guests entertained without being intrusive. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya."

"This property is fantastic. Great value for a group of five. Large, well appointed, on the swimming pool and near the beach. Parking was easy and the place was safe. A well appointed kitchen. The only downside was there were no basic housing products like dishwasher soap pods or washer pods or paper towels. Those items, however can be procured from a variety store an easy walk away.my group of four full grown men moved about the property with ease. The staff was excellent. The air-conditioning worked well and we were very comfortable. We would gladly stay there again."
