Not sure why so bad reviews. I enjoyed my stay here - I knew what I was getting myself into. You are in the prime location one min from the beach. Good, clean, spacious rooms with a balcony view towards the ocean. You are facing the parking lot, not exactly ocean front, but still have a pretty good view. Staff was nice and accommodating. Female staff very generous in offering oranges. My stay included a free cocktail for two on the second floor bar, and breakfast vouchers at old town coffee. I ate the best bingsu at the ice cream shop down the street. Best location from all bars and restaurants and two fire shows. For a 3 star hotel - full marks for me. You want luxury find a 4 or 5 star.

Property was in a good location, right by the beach and central to the main shopping and restaurant area. The room was adequate in size but the air conditioner wasn’t cool enough and may need servicing. Room probably needs a deep clean prior to new quests arriving which I don’t think happens.

Easy to find on main street just behind beach. Lots of activity, shopping, restaurants, cafes very close. Seems to be quiet by 11pm, no problem with street noise. Small balcony facing street in my case, comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi. Quick efficient check in and check out. Taxi stand just outside if needed. Very close to enjoyable beach with clean fine sand

Very noisy so not great if you’re a light sleeper

Hotel was ok. Stayed in deluxe beach view room but the trees block out most of the view so I wouldn’t pay extra for that again. Bed comfortable and room clean; bathroom a bit tight for space and very basic, but functional. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Made Langkawi proud.

Hotel is right in front of Cenang beach. From our balcony we have a partial view of the beach. It was blocked by the tall trees. Check in was fast as it is basically a two floored hotel with 44 rooms. Cards access to your floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free parking available but it’s a distant, behind Cenang mall. Food stalls and shops all around.

+ good location, not far from AirPort or harbour and right by the beach, a lot of restaurants near by - the cleaning is very poor, when checking in i had to have them clean the room twice and there were still hairs on the bed. I checked in for a second time for one night (already pre-booked with the first booking unfortunately) and this room is also poorly cleaned. There is hair on my bed, on the towels in the bathroom and in the shower. Only staying for one night this time, so I am not bothering making them clean again. The beddings and towels also have spots so they look dirty. Quite a lot of noise from the beach/streets at night.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for everything you could possibly need from the beach, Duty Free shopping and Food. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay again. 💯
