「Super auberge avec spa incroyable 」

「Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!」

「There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company. 」

「I don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel was so incredible that I want to! The restaurant, for dinner, was some of the best food I’ve eaten in my life. The owners are so engaged and wonderful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the...

「Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...
