Das Zimmer war modern und sehr sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna ist gut ausgestattet mit 2 Saunen, 2 Dampfbädern, einem Whirlpool und bietet einen großzügigen Ruheraum. Beim Frühstück hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Transfer zum und vom Hotel ist wirklich gut organisiert. Das Hotel kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Tolles verlängertes Wochenende

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix

Hotel confortable assez bien situé avec un SPA agréable et un bon petit déjeuné. Des navettes sont organisées vers les départs des installations de ski et il y a un 'skiraum' pour l'hôtel près des pistes. La chambre est dans un style moderne avec une litterie confortable. Nous avions une belle vue sur le village et les montagnes environnantes.

Sehr sauber und super freundliches Personal. Im herzen vom dorf gelegen, restaurants, bars etc. einfach zu fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse auswahl, war frish und sehr lecker. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes Zimmer, super freundliches Personal

Der Empfang sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich bekam ein spontanes Zimmer Upgrade und habe mich sehr gefreut. Ein neu umgebautes Doppelzimmer mit Balkon, Bademäntel, grosses Bad/ Dusche, alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Ganz ruhig in der Nacht. Sehr gut gelegen, 4 Minuten vom Busterminal und alle Restaurants Shops zu Fuss in paar Minuten auch erreichbar! Frühstück grösser als erwartet. War rund um zufrieden und werde nächstes Jahr gerne wieder dort übernachten!!

Très bon hôtel

C’était vraiment super, on a beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l’hôtel Europa. On a eu une suite (chambre 123), comprenant 2 chambres avec lit double, 2 salles de bain et un salon.

Herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit, aufmerksam...

Sehr herzliches, aufmerksames, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal am Check-In, Bar, Restaurant, Frühstück sowie für den Transfer vom/zum Parking. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten (Doppelzimmer mit Balkon) hatte eine schöne Grösse und eine sehr grosse Terrasse. Auch der TV hat eine gute Grösse und alle Sender, die man benötigt. Das Mobiliar ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und vor allem der Teppich-Boden im Flur und Treppenhaus ist dringend zu ersetzen. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön gemacht und entspricht mehr als einem Drei-Stern-Haus. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und der Kaffee ist gut. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant ist absolut in Ordnung, keine Spitzenküche aber gut bürgerlich. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, der insbesondere durch das äusserst freundliche Personal von Check-In bis Check-Out abgerundet wurde. Dankeschön!

La chambre est trop petite pour des vacances de ski. Les rangements sont inexistants. Hôtel assez éloigné des pistes. Local à ski ouvert et sans moyen de fermer son matériel. Du coup un paire de ski neuf volé dans le local à ski de hôtel et aucun geste des propriétaires. Bilan des 4 jours, une vraie catastrophe et une grosse perte financière pour remplacer le matériel.

Cost-effective Swiss ski holiday

Nice hotel. Allows access to the Hotel Garni Europa basement which has 4* facilities. Room clean and efficient, nice dark wood-effect floor, all very Bauhaus. The peeling paint on windows and bathroom and mould spots in the bathroom took a lot off the effect. The main radiator is next to the window and outside the insulating curtain, which is good for drying ski-wear but seems inefficient as a way to heat the room. Hotel staff are generally very courteous and efficient, with one older exception. The hotel is up a hill, quite far from the main ski-lifts, and was less easy to find than I thought it would be. Saas-Fee is car-free and has almost entirely electric transport (apart from key utility vehicles). These are based on small electric vehicles like milk-floats. The hotel has one such taxi and transfers to local car-park and bus garage, but not from there to the hotel on arrival. The hotel is generally very quiet, and adjacent to a small ski-lift, separate to the main ski slopes, and does not link to the main ski slopes. During the stay, skis and boots are kept in a ski-room in a sister hotel, the Saaserhof, that is ski-in-ski-out (potentially). The resort has a highly cost-effective season ticket.
