「Rooms are very nice at the price point, i would stay here again for sure」

「Almost everything was great. The only small hangups was the drive into the location had a rundown Sherri’s that had been closed for decades. It didn’t give us an inviting appeal. It should be bought and demolished. The other small thing. We had been on the 4th floor, the top. Everything was clean and perfect. Room, spotless. I’m not sure if it was a roof until or what, but all night long I listened to a harmonic hum start for 10 seconds off for 10 seconds or so……. All night long. Yes,...

「Honestly, it was the staff. The greetings, smile and willingness to assist you were excellent! Breakfast was good and the flowers around the property were beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well.」

「The guy at the front desk in the morning was working the front desk, trying to keep breakfast stocked and it looked like he was also cleaning rooms. Or at least the linens. The front desk guy at night said each room was only allowed 2 towels per room for the pool.」

「The room was much upgraded compared to the current listed pictures. There was obviously new carpet and white bedding. Very clean room. Only downside was having a room by the exit door and hearing it slam all night. Breakfast options were decent- I wouldn’t expect any better for the price we paid.」

「You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud.」

「Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained.」

「Parking was a little tight. Check in was super easy and convenient. Everything was very clean except for the coffee machine which could use a good clean. The softest sheets I've ever slept on! Air conditioning was ok, although it kept kicking off and it got hot real quick. Doors and walls are super thin so we could hear everyone outside. Some blackout curtains would be nice to keep the light out as it pours out the sides of the roller curtain. 」

「It was beautiful large home with plenty of space for 15 of us in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean and comfortable. They have a TON of games and unique amenities, like a towel warmer, beach chairs, extra outdoor tables and chairs. A couple things that were mildy inconvenient was the thermostat is locked (we understand why) but it would get super cold in the house. There was only enough TP, dish soap, trash bags, paper towles, and dish detergent for 2 days. With a 5 night stay we had to...
