If you're sensitive to hard walking above you, either request a third floor room or hope for the best. That was the worst part of my stay: whoever was above me. The general manager (unfortunately I forgot her name) was one of the nicest, most gracious people I have ever encountered at a front desk. The young lady who was working at night was also extremely kind to the guests I observed her assisting. The two men who were there when I checked in could learn something from them."
