「I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them. 「Very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms」

「The room itself was clean and properly maintained. We were assigned a handicapped suite on the main floor, so there are always pluses and minuses associated with that. On the plus side, lots of room to get around. On the down side, everything is configured for wheelchair access, and as a non-handicapped person, that was something I didn't need. So because of the configuration of the room, you don't have a normal closet, the bathroom mirror is angled down which makes use from a standing position...

「The staff were great, the building is under repair and upgrades with new owners apaarently. Rooms were adequate sized, but very old and dated, floors were unvacuumed, bathroom counter smeared from a sloppy clean job, and when i opened the main blanket on the queen bed, there was black hair evrywhere, like 3-6 inches long, i noticed this within a blink of opening the covers, all throughout the sheets and pillows under close inspection and with dim lighting i might add.
