Hotel appeared a little dated when i first walked in, staff was courteous and polite and efficient with check in. Got to my room and it had recently been updated, shower was fantastic, room was well appointed with all the amenities (shampoo/conditioner etc as well as coffee/tea station in main room) . I would stay there again

First, please know we really like the location, rooms are nice and clean and staff were nice enough. Due to work, we stayed twice this summer but won't be back. Noise was a huge issue both times. While we realize many guests were from evacuated areas due to the wildfires that shouldn't be the reason for the loud partying to be spilling into the hallways until 2am. Front desk was sympathetic but nothing they could do? There is no security to call?!

We needed a last minute room due to weather. Check-in was uneventful. Room was adequate. Bed was comfy. Bathroom clean. Limited amount of towels. Super noisy, kids running up and down the hallways, making lots of noise till late in the evening. Even though we were on the top floor, sounded like stomping above us!! The dining room was closed except for takeout when we checked in. I I thought the dining room was always takeout, to my surprise breakfast was being served in the morning but we didn’t go down in time since we thought it was takeout only. Parking in front of the hotel was available. Overall was an ok short stay.

The hotel was decent, beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a weird colour and filled with kids late at night - nothing to do about that and it looked much cleaner in the morning. Not a fancy stay but very comfy sleep.

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head and sleep this hotel will match that criteria. If you’re looking for a hotel with a pool I would strongly reccomend going else where. Immediately walking into the pool there’s an intense smell of urine. The pool and hot tub are both stained yellow and not in good shape. The ultimate down side. The waterslide only runs Wed,Thurs, Fri evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday. Which was a huuuge disappointment for my daughter who was wanting to slide during the day during the pool hours of 9am-9pm the pool also left us with irritation to our skin!

Disappointed to find the water slide operates on a very sparse schedule. We chose this for a back to school fun mini vacation with the thought the kids could water slide. However we went on a Tuesday and the water slide does not operate that day. We also requested a cot and were told we could not have one in our room. Food was good in both restaurants and room was good ( needing some minor upgrades) beds were comfortable

Our stay was good - it is a great location. I did find the bed to be kind of hard but the pillows were great and everything else good. We didn’t eat on the premises.
