「Very good 」

「The view was absolutely amazing, beds were super comfy & the staff was absolutely amazing!!」

「All good」

「We enjoy staying here so booked again. This time smoke alarm went off three or four times around 4am. There were sports team staying and people were up and down the hall well past 11. We had to be up as we were working so was not good. Saturday morning waited almost an hour for breakfast as there was not enough staff to accommodate all the teams trying to get breakfast all at the same time. We ended up leaving before we even got our food as we had to go to work. They need to be better prepared...

「Nice location」

「The a/c didn’t work at all. Was really hot in my room. Called front desk and there was nothing they could do. Could have taken the room at 1/2 price at least.」

「Loved this hotel, the only thing was maybe the shower can have a full door instead of half door. Almost slipped twice. Besides that great hotel!」

「We enjoyed our overnight stay, room was clean, staff were professional and breakfast (with a charge of $15 per person) was really good with a buffet and optional “made to order” choices like omelette and eggs Benedict. I was really grateful the housekeeping staff retrieved my forgotten garment bag in the closet and stored it til the following day when some family was able to pick it up. Thank you!! Would recommend to stay here, and and especially great location when attending an event at TCU!」
