"No power. No lights, no internet, no tv, can’t charge phone, no breakfast. No lights all night and morning. Hotel was pitch black in rooms and hallways. No hot water so couldn’t shower. "

"We happened to stay during a storm that knocked out power to the hotel. The staff was wonderful, making accommodations for us and helping with shuttle and food orders. "

"If I could rate it higher, I would. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was kind, the room exceptionally clean and the bar food was excellent. I'd highly suggest this property for your stay. The shuttle to the airport also very conveniently runs 24 hours. "

"We dont have electricity for the one night stay there because of bad weather. The staff didn't communicate really well with us on what to do. They just handed the key card and went to our room totally dark. "

"The rooms were very clean and updated, even smelled new. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. (Online does say weekend breakfast is until 11am, but it’s actually 10). Our kids loved the pool, it was warm enough that you weren’t freezing getting out. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The only downfall I would say is the walls are thin so we got woke up about 330am from someone above us stomping around, but this is at almost every hotel, so I would still give 5 stars. "

"The first room we were in had an awful smell so we switched to another room that was much better. The room was spacious and clean for the most part. The walls and lampshades could use some dusting though. They had good heating that was adjustable in the room. The hotel lobby and hall area could certainly use an upgrade. We were only there for one night, so the room served its purpose. The front desk person was great and accommodating. "
