「We did not have an arm chair in our room, only a desk chair. It seemed odd. Very clean Hole in bathroom door Handle in shower was barely able to turn off water. Glad that curtains did not cover the heating/cooling unit.」

「Nobody knew how to get smart TV to work. No counter space in bathroom. Blinds were broken. There was used coffee pod in the coffee pot. 」

「The staff was amazing at the front desk and in the water park. Breakfast was pancakes, biscuits& gravy, fruit, yogurt, cereal, several different bread options. The water park might consider allowing adults in after 9pm especially for the hot tub and lazy river. 」

「There was virtually nothing left at 8AM no eggs 2 sausage and no bread we had to wait for staff to come in and they were rude saying well it was just full. Then it was so cold in the breakfast area you could not sit and enjoy your breakfast when some was finally ready. 」

「This hotel is under new management. They have not a fantastic job renovating it. There is a great deal of attention paid to every detail by the manager. The rooms are very clean The beds and the linens are very clean and new they have coffee makers microwaves range in the room. 「Check in was good, the room satisfactory. However the pool was unusable. It is advertised that this hotel has complimentary free breakfast but there was no breakfast offered at all. 」

「Super nice and simple room. Perfect for the simple town! Parking was easy and not far from the entrance. Lots of little shops, but we were there during Easter so not much of it was open. We were able to check out Cuyuna Brewing and Iron Range Eatery. Both good and friendly. Didn’t have to communicate with the staff during our stay. 」

「The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. 」
