「The staff was truly remarkable. We were instantly relaxed. Our bags were in our room before we were. Snacks in the room, a well stocked fridge with water and juice. A lovely bottle of wine. Amazing breakfast included and brought to the room in baskets. When we checked out, the staff got our luggage, brought our car around, had bottled water ready for us and warmed up the car - all with smiles. And the bar staff - great drinks and very heavy pours with the wine :)」

「Our room had a small living room with tv and another tv in the bedroom! Also they have bikes you can rent to ride around the Lake! It’s located right in the middle of Lake Placid so everything is just a walk away! Also a 24 laundromat right across the street!」

「The best people I’ve ever experienced. The people running the hotel were so nice. We were given the lower floor of a separate building and it was super convenient. Very clean and maintained. Though a little old fashioned, we enjoyed our stay.」
