「The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. 」

「Room was very clean and comfortable, pillows sucked. Staff at front deck were ok, didnt go out of their way to be friendly. People at the pub were good, Laura D. behind the bar was an excellent representative of your company. Toilet in the room made a whistling noise everytime we flushed it.」

「The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective.」
