"Stayed as part of our Japan honeymoon, and it blew our minds. We arrived on a cloudy day but when we woke the next morning to clear skies the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony was simply incredible! "I quite enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The building is new and very clean. The staff were quite helpful throughout my time there. I’d recommend staying here for sure. It is a little further away from the town on the other side of the lake, so be prepared to take taxis and/or buses."

"Very friendly staff at the counter, but they weren’t allowed to watch our bags after checking out early. Very inconvenient very late check-in time of 8pm. Watch out and be aware. However, the room was the smallest we experienced, but the price was not. Very modern very clean toilet and shower. Free water in the fridge for you."
