「This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. 「This is my second stay at this hotel, and the service remains impeccable, especially in terms of room cleanliness and organization. The breakfast menu varies every other day, which is a nice touch. However, I was slightly disappointed that the live egg-cooking station by the chef has been discontinued.
