「This is one of the best stays in Japan we have experienced. We are a family of 4, with 2 young children aged 2 and 4. From the moment we drove into the carpark, to the check in service, late night request for a diaper bin, until the very last moment we left, Sorano gave us a warm welcoming and relaxing feeling with excellent service. We are already saying next time wehn we visit Tokyo we will come back.」

「房間雖小，但五臟俱全。 離JR站要步行大約15分鐘，但是鄰近住宅區，所有比較寧靜舒適。 如果要找餐廳或者購物，可以步行到JR站的商場，商場附近也有很多餐廳選擇。 唯一缺點，就是被安排到吸煙房間，有一陣濃濃的煙味。」

They made my stay the best experience because they had an concerned interest in what ever situation I was talking about even when it wasn't hotel related. The entire area from the outside to my room and the cleanest of the room was perfect. Many restaurants and shops near by and a train station to move about with ease.」
