「This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. 「The WiFi didn’t work I had to use my own hotspot from phone to connect to the t.v one of the main items you use in a hotel room - you would think they would have strong internet for the price of there room. I do not recommend this place if you are a person that requires the t.v like me and my younger children do.」

「This property has an amazing location that is walkable to downtown. It is well maintained and has the great relaxed vacation vibe with for hanging out at the firepits and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and the suite was stocked with everything we needed for comfort. The staff was very responsive and very accommodating. We would stay hear again anytime we go to Estes Park.」
