"Centrally located, surprisingly quiet for being so near the train station. Nice place to stay for a visit. Metro is just around the corner. "

"This is a legitimate 2-star hotel. Whoever qualified it for a 4-star hotel made a joke. To start with, there is no refrigerator in the room. Not even a tiny one. The bedding is another joke. A pillow is about 3 cm (a little over an inch) thick, with nothing but lumps inside. I had to ask for 2 more pillows to get it to be of any neck support. I also had to ask for additional 2 blankets as the one provided was too thin. I had to use one of the blankets to cover the pillow stack so that I don’t feel the lumps. In the bathroom: no body lotion provided. No conditioner for after shampoo use. The single container in the shower says: Hand, hair, and body wash. Same container by the sink. No shower cap or vanity kit. The overall look of the room—shabby. Avoid by all means. "

"In a quiet residential area close to the train station and old town both on foot or by public transport. Comfortable single room."

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Savoy hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of our visit. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a gracious smile. We are truly grateful for the excellent hospitality and would be delighted to return in the future."

"This hotel is not open! We arrived at the hotel in the evening, in the dark to find that it is closed for the foreseeable future. Hotels.com allowed us to book this and we had to get them to source alternative accommodation. Not happy or impressed. Book somewhere else "
