We had a gorgeous room with a lake view and small porch. This was suite (upgraded) room. The ceiling was super high and the room was well-appointed. The restaurant overlooks the lake and was lovely. We had great service in the restaurant and for drinks in the courtyard. We used the laundry service which was excellent but very pricey.

Nice hotel in quaint old town of Murten. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as hotels own one. Lovely view of the lake from the breakfast room. Good continental breakfast. We stayed for one night as a stopover travelling from the Swiss Alps up to Germany. Easy parking outside hotel which also has garage if required.

THE BEST LOCATED HOTEL IN MURTEN. LOVELY PEOPLE AND SERVICE. LOBBY COFFEE WAS A GOOD BONUS. WE GOT ONE OF THE 6 FREE PARKING PLACES FOR OUR THEEE DAY STAY ALSO A BONUS. ROOM WAS GOOD ENGLISH TV STATIONS. ONLY DOWNSIDE, NEDDS MORE AND BETTER BED PILLOWS.
