「Apartment was clean, sheets nice white and crisp, kitchen had everything you need, TV was good (lots of rain so that helped lol)....Communication was very good and lovely staff who changed our room to downstairs and allowed us into room at 11.30am instead of the usual 2pm....2nd time we've stayed here and will definitely stay again....」

「Checkin was easy, staff very friendly. It was lovely and quiet. Multiple pools and spas to choose from and very clean. The house had everything you need. Beds and towels were all great. Just remember to take your own shampoo. Shops just down the road. Parking under carport in front of unit. Would stay again for sure.」

「Everything about this place was terrific and it was in a very nice location. The pool and bbq were a welcome bonus. I realize that it is self-catering but would have appreciated more toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, extra garbage bags, and more soap and shampoo - especially for a family of 4. We ended up buying and leaving behind some cooking oil, toilet paper, and seasoning we had to purchase ourselves.」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...
