「This is a very comfortable, convenient, and quiet place to stay in Woodland Park. Staff is welcoming and the unit was everything advertized. 」

「Ask for early check-in. Told I’d have to pay $75. Sat in lobby for 2 hours. Not one car in parking lot. No one came in or out of hotel during the 2 hours. Just me and the front desk girl. At 2:55 she called me up and checked me in. Only one outlet in room worked. Alarm clock went off at 1:00 am Refrigerator very loud. Had to shut it off. Heat extremely loud. Don’t stay here」

「mountain setting, especially when the area is covered in snow. It is tucked away but still right off the freeway, making it easy to access while still feeling surrounded by the mountains. The views are definitely one of the highlights of staying here. The lodge has more of a rustic, old school cabin feel rather than a modern hotel experience. They use traditional keys instead of key cards, there is no 24 hour on site staff, and there is no room service. If you are expecting full hotel amenities...

「The customer service was excellent. Very friendly and worked with me on arrival ( I arrived a day in advance) View was beautiful. 8 mule deer visited every morning. Extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.」

「We booked this location for a quick overnight trip. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating and they even have a food truck that prepares breakfast for you! I will definitely stay here again if in that part of town. 」

「They charged us for $144 for items from there min-bar. I had to move some item so that I could place insulin and other refrigerated medicines in the refrigerator. We told them when we checked out, the manager was supposed to verify this, but they still charged us. We called but eight hours later they have not returned our call. You would expect better service $29 dollars a day for the Resort Fee.」

「The beds had dog hair or some type of curly hair on both of them sheets smelled like feet but the front office did accommodate me other than that not a bad spot to hang out if passing by btw use your own Netflix account to log in and make sure to log out 」

「Someone was doing laundry until 2am the laundry room is right beside the bedroom and the walls are thin it was very upsetting the door going inside the laundry room from our little apartment had a padlock on it」
