We stayed at the Bailey Lodge in late-Nov./early-Dec. to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a lovely experience! It was close to local attractions (the Sasquatch museum was so fun and we LOVED Aspen Peak Cellars) which made our lives incredibly easy. The room was clean, but quite cold, especially the bathroom—thankfully, our room had an additional bedroom with lots of extra blankets, which came in handy. I wish the fireplace worked, but can’t win them all. The service was great! Check in/out was super easy and pleasant—as we checked out, the proprietor even gave us a complementary bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Not sure when we’ll be back in Bailey, but we’ll definitely stay at the lodge again!

Older building but don't let it fool you. The owners and employees take a lot of pride in taking care of you and the rooms! they think of everything you might need and its in there! they greeted me with a smile when i parked and said go on in its ready for you! loved it!

We loved it!! It is the cute and homey! The owner is so kind and friendly. Our stay was amazing!! It is budget friendly and better than some of the high priced places we've stayed.

mountain setting, especially when the area is covered in snow. It is tucked away but still right off the freeway, making it easy to access while still feeling surrounded by the mountains. The views are definitely one of the highlights of staying here. The lodge has more of a rustic, old school cabin feel rather than a modern hotel experience. They use traditional keys instead of key cards, there is no 24 hour on site staff, and there is no room service. If you are expecting full hotel amenities or frequent attention, this may not be the right fit. The fireplace in our room was not working, and the interior decor is dated, but clean. The room does include a space to cook, which is convenient. Television options were very limited, and DIRECTV service was hit or miss in the mountains. Any additional channels require extra payment. When I did see staff, they were friendly and polite, but interaction was minimal overall. This place is better suited for guests who are comfortable being mostly self sufficient and are more focused on the location and scenery than amenities. Overall, it is a solid three star stay. The biggest draw is the mountain setting, the cabin style atmosphere, and the peaceful surroundings. If you are looking for a quiet place with great views and do not need many services, this lodge can be a good option.

Quiet comfortable stay

We were pleasantly surprised by what a good value this hotel was. Each room has a queen room and a queen bedroom. The sheets were soft and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet, we had a great stay.
