「Super clean rooms. Great facilities and clean as well. Staff super friendly and outgoing. Price for stay was decently priced as well. Not to many people. I will definitely be coming back here. I didn't have time to try the restaurant but it is open till 12. We enjoyed the indoor pool and out pool and hottub super relaxing and clean. And they serve food and alcohol by the pool!」

「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

「The amenities and size of the rooms were wonderful. The photos of the rooms were misleading. The water park is an additional fee, but it’s the main photo for the whole hotel? Bait and switch. The floors in the room and generally on the property were dirty. Elevator was gross. Beds were comfortable. The staff at the Grand Geneva were helpful, but you are not a Grand Geneva guest, you are a Holiday Inn guest and they are not connected. No Holiday Inn staff on site.」
