日內瓦湖Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「Staff were not friendly except Jack and Lilly in the dining room. Staff at front desk were very unfamiliar with activities like what movie that they were going to show. Also, difficult to get around. A very confusing layout with steps everywhere. Our room was short on soap and water temperature could become very very hot. Carpeting in our room was not very clean. Also. Lighting on our room was pretty dim unless you opened the curtain to the sliding door.」

「Nice property, very expansive and resort- like with golf courses, tennis and indoor pool. Outdoor pool was way undersized for the size of the resort and very crowded. Fire pits are great and they sell s’more kits in the gift shop. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced for a resort.」

「We had a great 2 day stay for a wedding. The Governor had ample space, 2 bd 2 bath. So clean. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to everything in downtown Lake Geneva ... perfect!」

「Our room had ants and beetles in it. We stayed in a villa and were on the first floor. We wish that we would’ve stayed in one of the hotel rooms instead through grand Geneva. The pool was really nice and the land that this is located on is very nice. We just weren’t happy with the bugs in our room.」

Overall better then I last remembered Cons: Both outdoor pools closed this am and having to pay a resort fee The cleaning lady putting her face into my exterior window to see if I left, scaring me. Then knocking on my primary door to see if I left Long waits to get extra keys for room」

「Awful, got a room where second floor so hot could not sleep, had to sleep on floor downstairs, my 3 year old grandchild got yelled at in waterpark for doing nothing, the hot tub was full of kids could not relax, life guards did nothing. There was so much more, spending 3k for 5 nights you would think everything was 5 star, NOPE NOT EVEN」
