「The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. No complimentary coffee as advertised. Really disappointed all around. Place is so old and smelly. If you like nursing homes than you might enjoy staying. Sorry but true. 「We booked a "Suite" for 2 nights and arrived to a hotel mid-gut-renovation. The front entrance was blocked by ladders and equipment. Power tools and a chop saw were running in the lobby right next to a "temporary exit" sign. Exposed electrical cords ran across the lobby and hallway floors — we tripped on them more than once. 「Our time at endless mountain resort was a short one (only an over night stay, as that's what was available when we were ready to make our reservation) and we had a lot of fun! There was many activities included in the stay such as tennis, horseshoes, mini golf (a little run down) and swimming/hot tub. Our "room" was super spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean with the exception of the tub that had some dirt in it before we filled it. All in all we had a great time and we look forward to...
