"I really enjoyed staying at DoubleTree in Lancaster, PA. From the moment we arrived everyone was so welcoming & friendly. The hotel was very clean, almost fancy for me, and beautiful. I love that there's an accessible "Sweet Shop" where snacks can be purchased. The pool is lovely. Very clean & pretty. Towels are provided. "Property was clean, although the bathrooms could definitely use some updating. Vending machines on each floor would have been convenient as the information on their locations was not accurate. It would have been nice if the check in clerk would have warned me that the key’s demagnetize if left in your pocket next to your car keys. They will no longer work and you have to make a trip down to front desk. (Not fun at 10:00 pm when the clerk is on a break and you have to wait 20 minutes for them...

"Welcoming and helpful staff. Mediocre continental breakfast. Not prepared for the influx of guests during Easter week. Items were running out quickly and only one toaster for over 100 rooms filled. Since that is the only way to heat breakfast items, a better system needs to be used. Pool deck and floors near the pool area were very slippery and unsafe. Told there is no daily cleaning service. Overall, a nice place to stay."
