"I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The staff were all very friendly, the lobby was clean, the food options were pretty good, and the location was perfect! We enjoyed our room as well it was also very clean and had a nice view, a very adequate space to say the least! Only thing was that the phone in the room wasnt working and on the 12th floor the hallway smelled a bit damp/moldy… but aside from that everything was great!"

"We had a great stay at the Drury! Would definitely book again. Check in was a breeze and everyone was so nice. We were even upgraded so we could see the fireworks every night! Transportation to Disney was a great plus!"

"Miles Smith made our check-in process so smooth. This was a breath of fresh air after our Universal hotel experiences a few days prior. Hotel is walking distance to Epcot and Boardwalk area. We took Friendship Boats each day - allow more time than you think for the boats because they make several stops. "

"Every staff member I encountered from check in to valet at the end was fantastic. I don’t understand all the negative reviews on here. The room was spacious and very clean. We had a fireworks balcony view which was great. The bed was very comfortable as well. Pool was nice with the two sides and plenty of seating. The shades bar made great drinks with fast, friendly service as well. Of course, the ability to walk to Disney springs was nice as well! I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I didn’t care for was they had Hilton guest ambassadors in the lobby on Sunday. They had a great offer but it also required to sit through a presentation to become a grand vacations club member. The lady was friendly and didn’t mind that I declined the offer but I would have preferred to not be stopped and talked to for 5 minutes. But that doesn’t change that I would stay here again, I might just pretend to be on the phone when passing them LOL"
