「Everything was great like always when I come here」

「Quite literally the worst hotel option possible. Walked in at 9:20, before check in cut off, and the front desk lady said she ran out of keys…? So after 10 minutes she hands me a key, walk to the room, open the door to beer cans and a clearly slept in bed. I bolted out, scared. Ran to the desk to request another room, she gave us the new room key, got to the room and it smelt of weed, smoke, and other indescribable scents. Again, ran to the front to request a refund. 「从酒店所在的地方去法国区非常不方便，JeT 公交车隔很久才发一趟车，而且很早就没有车了。如果自己租辆车或许还行。房间整体还不错，只是有异味，而且厨房里没有餐具，非常不方便。对于这个价格，还是比较划算的。」

「Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.」
