「Room clean except for shower walls/floors visibly unclean with what appeared to be permanent brown stains. Shower door would not stayed closed (broken). Stair well was dirty. Breakfast was a kinda pitiful but it appear other guests enjoyed making their own waffles. Gym was a joke - basically equipment in a closet that could only be accessed from outside - definitely not safe.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The location is nice, tucked away and feels very safe. The room was comfortable and the kitchen area was nice to have. The bed could have been a little better, the mattress wasn't great. BEWARE if you are on a floor with anyone above you. The people above us were awake at 1:00 am and at 5:00 and sounded like a herd of buffalo, (although the front desk said it was only two adults). I didn't hear hall noise from neighbors, but I did here whoever was above us, LOUDLY. "Breakfast" is a term...
