「Large spacious room with kitchen and living room space. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and for breakfast service. Large, excellent diverse breakfast buffet, including things like salmon and the option to have a personal omelette ordered. Excellent central location at Broad Street, within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the Convention Center and River Walk. Free easy parking in front of the hotel in the parking zone along the center isle of Broad Street.」

「The beds were hard, no microwave in the room, the hallways smelled like mildew, the toilet paper was 1 ply, the parking lot was small, breakfast was subpar, but the staff was friendly and helpful.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Everything was great, simple and to the point, cleanliness was spot on, no silk spider webs or anything. The only thing I could complain on was the mattress and pillows supplied, pillows flatter than an board and the mattress was very firm, maybe a mattress topper to relieve the firmness, but that’s just me nitpicking, for the money of the room was great, definitely would stay again!!! Seems to be family owned everyone on staff very polite and accommodating.」
