「The room was very nasry and dirty upon arrival. And half the lights in the room didnt work.The pillows were very dirty, black hair on the towels and blankets, sheets had lipstick marks, and dirt on them. The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator. 「I booked a room on expedia, but when I actually arrived at the hotel, the rude staff told me that there was no room, I was rejected and had to check in at another hotel. The money I paid has not been refunded to me, it's terrible」

「Half the electrical outlets did not work, was put in a room right next door to where they had a recent fire」

「Staff was very kind. Carpet did have a few spots on floor and room had a slight odor when we entered (likely from AC unit), but all areas were clean and bathroom smelled good. We had a good stay.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Check in and parking were easy, staff was great, the only issue I had is the floor was filthy. Walking barefoot for 2 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. I wipped the floor with wet wipes just to have clean feet after the shower. 」

「Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here.」
