「Bon accueil et chambre impeccable.」

「Renovated smaller Hotel and super clean room. We were amazed. The Hotel is in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. No elevator due to the small size of Hotel. Check -in clerk was not very welcoming. Suggestion: A warm hello and a smile go a long way especially when working at the Reception desk. Check-out clerk was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when in the Gatineau/Ottawa area.」

「The place has potential but in May its unaceptable! Don't stay there! There is a portable power unit in front that should have been a clue! The big problem is there is no AC in our room which went as high as 29C over night! There's no windows to open so your trapped! Avoid it all costs until the power and AC is repaired!」

「Host is awesome. The house decor is unique and interesting to see the things collected on the host's travels. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative experience was the size of the bed. We booked the room that advertised a king sized bed, and it wasnt a king. It was two double mattresses pushed together. The drawback of this was my feet dangled off the bed all night long. I have a king at home and was hoping to achieve the same level of comfort. Other than that, everything was wonderful. 」
