"Free breakfast is included for all travellers, which is a nice benefit. The selection is the same each day. I have been staying here on and off for several weeks. The rooms are very spacious, especially the signature suite. The overall hotel interiors are quite dated. That said, the price is very low and the customer service stands out as a highlight. Rooms are also equipped with air cleaners. As a bonus, there is a free laundry facility (free detergent too)."

"Check in was a drag. Arrived at 3:45. Was told to wait with no ETA. I am always on the road for work- what kind of reception says your room is in que go wait over there until we call you. “Would you have any idea how long I need to shower and I have a mtg in an hour”? No sir just go wait over there. I finally saw a manger he went to the desk and I had a room in 2 mins. Kind of bananas."
