「Hotel was beautiful throughout. The rooms are well appointed, and the standard of cleanliness impeccable. Breakfast was a bit busy, but staff are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable their job inside out. Rooftop bar was great, with a quiet, relaxed vibe. All pool areas clean, well thought out and beautifully maintained.」

「Le personnel parfait , très attentif à notre bien être ! Remarquable ! Le restaurant la Cupula :du début à la fin en passant par les assiettes , le gout , l originalité , le service , et en plus , en français ce qui est un plus pour l explication des plats . Pdj évidement digne d un 5* ; et le buffet du soir également . Restaurant de la piscine également parfait et de très bon gout . Nous y retournerons . 」

「Kamer was fantastisch en elke dag brandschoon opgemaakt. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en een prachtig zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie zwembaden en voorzieningen. Ook heerlijk wandelen op de wandelboulevard langs de kust. 」

「コンシェルジュの対応はとても良かったが、全体的に人員不足。フロント、ドアマンなどが一、二名しかおらず、年末年始の混雑シーズンということもあり、対応してもらうまでの待ち時間が長かった。食事は感動こそ無いが、満足のいくレベル。Wi-Fiの速度が10-12MBと遅く、要改善。」

「5th or 6th stay - I've lost count. The staff as ever courteous, friendly and helpful. The room spotless every day. Excellent size pool, plenty of loungers (no need to play "place the towel"). Good choice of lunch at the adjacent snack bar. 」

「Room was very beautiful, modern and comfortable. View to ocean and La Gomera was stunning. Surrounding area also beautiful. Spa was nice but complicated to book and pool area top. Fitness room too small and breakfast definitely not 5 stars. Selection was small.」
