"Excelente localización, buena atención, lindo edificio, buen servicio"

"We first got given a room where the bathroom door was tilted of the hinges and wouldn't even close. After asking reception to swap room the staff said there was no rooms left regardless of all the availability I could see online and that the maintenance man would come fix it tomorrow. The next day nothing happened so we complained again the this staff member was nice enough to let us switch room after I showed him all the availability i could see online. Super old however its every conveniently place and affordable. Photos do not match images so yeah book at your own discretion"

"It’s hard to imagine that there is a better place to stay in Buenos Aires. The Palace is a beautiful hotel with incredible service and attention to detail. The concierge staff helped take our trip to a higher level. The hotel is also in a high-end neighborhood and within walking distance of quite a few major sights. We highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel with many comfortable amenities and a professional staff. The room was clean and spacious, although in need of an update. Lovely location in a safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!"
