"Rooms were not really clean, remote was sticky and didn’t work. The room mirror was dirty, I called housekeeping and front several times from the room phone and no answer, the carpet was dirty and there was Oreos under the box frame "

"Room was clean, but had an over powering smell of perfume. It was so strong it made my mouth feel weird, if anyone understands that. We had to open the window for a bit to clear it out. Also soon after we checked in, a staff member opened our door up and then said they had it marked that our room was empty. There were no sheet or blankets available for the sleeper sofa and we had to go get them ourselves. Pool was filthy, but there was about 15-20 people/kids in it before we went. The night woman working was awful. We needed an antacids and an extra blanket. She was obviously napping in the lobby and not used to people bothering her in the middle of the night. Very rude about it, but we were told that snack area was 24/7. "
