"The building and room were very clean. Other reviews mentioned noise, but it is general city noise. The hotel provided a white noise/rain sound machine and ear plugs. HORRIBLE. If you're going to run a hotel with bed bugs - at least refund your customers when they get bit ALL OVER THEIR BODIES.
