"This is a different type of hotel. The setting is like an apartment courtyard. Not too many extras. It is very nice with plenty of parking. The office is only manned during daytime hours so if you are a late arrival you need to make arraignments. The room itself is excellent. Has a living area, kitchen area microwave, toaster, stove, fridge, dishes ect. Has a spacious bathroom and a nice bedroom. Note that housekeeping is weekly vice daily and that includes fresh towels. We only had a 2 night...

"Lovely one bedroom apartment with kitchen (& dishwasher) and in unit laundry. Lovely view. Fifteen minute walk to Metrorail and Nats stadium. Five minute walk to nice grocery. Contactless -- on line. Very nice"

"Room was well equipped and included coffee and shampoo, etc. plus extra supplies if needed was a nice touch. Big comfortable bed. Keyless access works great. Only reason not five star is that bags of laundry were left in corridor throughout stay and hot water ran cold sometimes. Otherwise, really good option and we’ll located for sight seeing plus plenty of restaurants and bars along Barracks Row and the redeveloped Navy Yard. "

"Really beautiful facility. Many common areas ( rooftop was amazing!!!! Including a perfect view of National’s stadium!) Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Many dining choices close by."

"The room is great. However, when I tried to check out, there was nobody at the front deck till almost 8:30am. I had to wait for half hour till somebody showed up to receive the keys. I imagine if you need to catch early flight or train, you may be in trouble for that."

"This was so disappointing. This was my first time in Washington and the reason I chose this hotel was because of the location and that we would have an apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean and we didn't feel comfortable. There were a few doors on the wardrobes which we nearly falling off. The bed sheets didn't look clean. The location is perfect but unfortunately there is buidling work next to the apartments so the main entrance is blocked off so you have to walk around the...
