"The location of this hotel is phenomenal when visiting Disneyland with children. It is literally right across the street and an easy walk. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our sink was draining slow on the first day and the front desk staff had it fixed immediately. They switched out our towels everyday and dumped the trash which was great. The valet staff were always nice and very cheerful. There was a microwave and small fridge as well as a coffee maker in the room. The room was clean and very comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed. The self service laundry was very handy. We were able to buy detergent from the onsite convenience store. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"The internet connectivity was insufficient during my stay. The room's cleanliness was suboptimal, specifically noting a noticeable accumulation of small, unusual spots on the ceiling, which I found unsettling. Furthermore, the absence of a microwave and refrigerator presented an inconvenience."

"Very close and easy walk to disneyland. The only thing that was not as nice as some other hotels is that the staff did not fill things such as toilet paper or clean very well, but overall would recommend because of the close and easy walk."

"The staff lady gat checked us in with blue framed eye glasses was extremely rude and condescending to both our party and my friends family multiple times. Hotel did not have amenities that were offered onntge website. Staff was many times not helpful when questions were asked, being very dismissive. Kristina was great and gave some food credit for the negative experience. Was not impressed with the rest of the staff as they acted very bothered and rude when asked questions, especially the women at check in with the blue framed glasses who never wore a name Tag. Rooms were very dim with no overhead lighting, only lamps. Was “upgraded” to room wity fireworks display for inconvianance which did nothing as there were no fireworks on display. Was very upset that hotel offered no beach shuttle at all as stated on this website. Felt very misled "
