「Excellent view Excellent location Nice staff for check in 」

「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take...

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting. Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally. Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent....

「Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect. To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade...

「Solo US traveler here, and I had the most wonderful stay here. It's half a block from the beach and my room was blissfully quiet and comfortable. I'm very rusty with my French but the staff spoke perfect English and were all lovely to deal with. I did the breakfast one morning and it was quite good, in a very large and sun-filled space with plenty of seating. The exterior of the hotel is "old world" France but the interiors are all new and the place felt very fresh and clean. I'll be coming...
