「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. 「Absolutely excellent stay! The rooms were modern, extremely clean, stocked with all the necessary amenities. The onsite restaurant was perfect! The breakfast buffet had everything for a well rounded meal - hot items, breads, omelet station, fresh fruits and yogurt, coffee and tea bar, fresh juices.
