"Location is good, and them having parking (limited, must be booked) is very practical. It’s nice to have pool access, especially for the warmest days. The downsides to our stay: - the room was a bit dusty - room was set up for two, not the three we had booked - receptionist snapped at me several times when checking in, telling me they had sent all info on WhatsApp. She calmed down a bit when she (finally) understood I wanted to _check in_, not park a car, but highly unnecessary to be so rude. "The apartment is exceptional in every way and therefore I must give it the highest rating possible. Apartment or more the building in which the apartments are have a fundamental design flow, which are electronic locks/keypads through which you gain entry. When the power outage in Spain happened the lock obviously went out and building doors were shut so we could not enter the property. I have asked for the physical key repeatedly but I was completely ignored. There was obviously zero contingency...
