「Das Zimmer war sehr nett und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurztrip braucht. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt aber über Whats App hatten wir immer Kontakt mit dem Personal und die waren immer sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend. Schnelle Antworten und sogar als wir in der Nacht ein Problem mit der Eingangstür hatten wurde dieses sofort und sehr freundlich gelöst. 」

「We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help.
