「Nice room , good location, easy check in 」

「Location is excellent! The rest was ok but one thing I didn’t accept is when I asked for a roll of toilet paper in case we run out. 「excellent location, clean room. and friendly hoster.」

「The hotel should initiate WhatsApp connections right after the booking otherwise it would be a bit messy. My code became invalid during my stay. Though WhatsApp and the correct contact number this problem was solved but it did take me a while to get contact information right.」

「Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. However the air conditioner was not working. Called reception and reported issue. A short time later they called back and said everything looks good on our side but refused to send out maintenance to verify even when I told them it was not working properly and the temp was at 25.5C. Thermostat was set at 19C. The next day I was contacted to see if problem still existed, yes it did! Technician came right out...

「The property is very central to all cafes and shops, the bathroom needs an update other than that it was just what we needed」
