「Living room with coffees available all day was a welcome treat. Location is perfect for walking everywhere. Front desk Yuma and Camillle were outstanding … helpful, welcoming, informative, ready to help with any request!!! Felt very homey!!! Happy to recommend!」

「All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!」

「The staff were attentive to our needs We checked in early and got a thirty minute extension. The cleaning staff needed to prep the room for the next guest, so they were waiting in the hall for us to leave. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired for the $25 per person price. It is an adequate breakfast but I feel it is worth $12-$15 at the most. We traveled in November and we ate in a tiny dining room however we could see outside. There was a terrace that looked wonderful if it wasn’t...

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「We had a comfortable stay. The staff are helpful. Good breakfast, the croissant and bagel are must try. About 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Old Port.」

「A bit far from old downtown...」

「Nice rooms and it’s right in the entertainment district. The old city is about a five minute walk.」

「Great location for exploring the old port. lots of good bistros and shops around. you should bring personal toiletries as there is no family mart or convenience stores in the neighbourhood in case you need them.」

「全程中设施最好的房间，在老城区，只是没有前台，与酒店联系是通过门口的门铃才联系上并获得入口和房间密码。去小尚普兰街很近」

「We love the pet friendly rooms and breakfast. Croissant were served warm.」
