"Clean room, secured Luggage storage No early check in available. While waiting, they finally allowed us to check in at 2:30pm. No complimentary check out and only for a cost. They do offer 1/2 price onsen so highly recommend that if you have a late flight. You can relax there even if you don’t want to do the onsen. "

"The room we had was dated. Decor probably from the 80s. There was also a hole on the wall and my headboard had some strange smear that I didn't want to question. The staff however are wonderful and the breakfast worth it in my opinion. It is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the train station. Not far also to Haneda airport. About 40 min by train to downtown Tokyo."

The breakfast staff were accommodating, professional and very kind. The rooms were comfortable, clean and provided daily options of green tea and coffee. The view of Kawasaki from the room was amazing! "
