Room was clean, bed confortable enough. Description supposed to have an included breakfast, it was not the case. Non-smoking room was smelling cigarette real bad. No coffee and strict minimum in room amenities.

The room was clean and quiet. They have the most hard and uncomfortable pillows ever. Every day I turned my bed around and 3 times they turned it back so I had to turn it around again. Other than when we arrived no one ever said irrashaimase or made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good value.

I understand Japan is not Canada, but people should be treated with respect. As a Chinese traveller, I was treated badly by one of this hotel’s staff. There was a white lady right before me, and this staff gave a totally opposite attitude. Please avoid here if you are East Asian but non Japanese, even if you are English fluent.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde es wieder buchen. Es ist zu Fuß erreichbar vom Bahnhof Kyoto. Es gibt ein gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan, einen separaten Raum für Raucher, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer.

全体的には過不足ない普通のホテルかと思います。 ただ、受付の方が咳をされていたのが気になりました。 誰でも何らかの体調の都合があるので、仕方ないことですが、昨今の状況を考えると、やはり不安になります。

また、利用します。

2人での滞在でした。クイーンサイズのベッドが2つありましたので、カップルでも同性の出張などでも充分です。駐車場は敷地内にありましたので不便さは感じませんでした。駅までも徒歩圏なので歩いて出かけるのもいいかと。 ただ、駐車場代がかかると思ってなかったので想定外の出費でした。どこかに記載があって見落としてたらすみません。 設備などはほとんど新しかったので満足できました。この価格では十分です。

ビジネスで夜到着で、早朝出発したので特に感想はありません。 広くはないですけど、キレイにまとまっていましたので、寝る分には問題なし。 個人的には枕が硬くてそこだけがマイナスです。
