I actually really liked this hotel! Great value for money! In a walkable central location. I felt very comfortable and the staff went above and beyond. The room itself was a great size and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in since being in Bali (2 months). The only complaint was that everyone was loud in the hallway in the morning and it woke me up every morning. But I was also sleeping in later than I should.

I like the people friendliness. I like the room i stayed in. I hated the breakfast buffet. It was cold and old food. The food was not heated and lids were left open for the food to get colder. If you get up late, after 8am expect cold rice and food that have been outside without a warmer for hours.

Rooms were on the smaller side. Ok for a single or maybe two people if you don’t spend time in room. Bathroom needs some attention hose was leaking and very small. Couldn’t swing a cat in there. Rooms were clean and tidy. They don’t give you clean towels each day which is disappointing when we realised we had to leave them on the floor to get clean towels. Breakfast was terrible not worth it. Bread was stale and only had one option food was ok if you were Indian or a local. Not much for westerners. Egg and watermelon and boiled rice. Pool area was great on rooftop but don’t supply pool towels. Staff were lovely and very helpful at all times. Aircon could do with a good clean. But overall location was great. Little noisey with bikes at night. Other guests very noisey and inconsiderate of others. Mostly Indian guests and local tourists also. Would I stay again for a cheap holiday yes but only two to a room not 3. You have to sleep on top off each other no room left in the room have to walk sideways.

Writing a review can only be constructive if written genuinely, we stayed 1 week and the experience was disastrous.....NEVER to go back to this hotel, the pictures were beautiful like 4 star BUT in reality it was dirty and the pool very dangerous... 😢😢

a week vacation with my family

I have nothing to say regarding this hotel except Gym availability. Because, our room was very cleaned and many facilities were there such as TV, Free WiFi internet, many electric sockets, refrigerator, shower room with having high pressure of water. And Hotel Staff was very attentive and kind. My wife & I were satisfied and were able to enjoy. For me, I wanted to use the gym. Unluckily, the roof of the gym was under construction while I stayed.

Warning Bed Bugs

This place was the only place i got Bed Bugs out of 4 different paid accommodations i stayed at over my 3 week hoiday in Bali. Not only did i get bed bugs but i was 1st placed in a room, for me was near a 5min struggle to get to the elevator as i use a walking stick due to an accident 2yrs ago, had to ask to move to room closer to elevator, even tho they saw my struggle approaching reception on arrival, do not recomend this place at all. Must add this is the only bad review i have given to any hotel in all my years of using Hotels.com

Firstly we arranged for transfer from the airport to the hotel. Nobody arrived. We had to then seek alternative transport. The booking was for 5 adults in 2 rooms. We paid for the accommodationat the time of booking. On arrival to the hotel we were told that the 2 rooms only had bedding for 4 & the hotel expected 3 adults to sleep together in 1 bed. However, they did advise we could have another bed for an additional cost. Another bed would definitely not fit into the small room, therefore 1 of the adults slept in a chair. Breakfast was included, however it was mediocre. I would not recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for .. sadly .. gym equipment was not working .. my bedding did not seem clean under the sheet coverage .. a little off putting. The pool was lovely but needs TLC.. breakfast I would not waste my money .. was happier ordering on grab.. I left after 4 days . No hot water at times .. please don’t stay there if you want even 3 star.. plus side .. everyone was lovely there .. and close to everything .. just speaking the truth

チェックイン時に朝食を付けるようお願いしたのに付いてなかった。 連泊したのですがタオルが最初の清掃でしか交換されなかった。 初日にシャワールームのボディソープが空でしたが、フロントに補充をお願いしたら補充されました。そもそも最初から補充しておいてほしい。 シャワーの水圧は低い。 などなど不満点は多いですが値段を考慮すれば妥協すべきところかなと。

立地もよく、部屋も綺麗でしたが 最初の部屋は突然の停電、移動した部屋はエアコンの不良、で2度も移動させられました。 どの部屋もWi-Fiは弱く、使い物になりません。 あと、予備のトイレットペーパーを置いてくれないので、途中でなくなり困りました。アメニティの補充もしてくれません。 次に泊まる事はありません。
