「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...

「This is a very charming hotel. Nice view from the common area and patio. The best part is the staff though. They were very accommodating, warm, and helpful with every request I had including oxygen. They offer boxed breakfast if you need to leave early (even at 3 AM!) for excursions. They also arranged pick-up to and from the airport for me. Great location, close to main square and good restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.」

「Very kind staff. We had planned to stay here on our way back from our Inca Trail journey, but the one draw back the noise and lights. The light in the hall turned on any time someone walked by and the room had a window above the door. This made it hard to sleep as the lights kept turning on and off. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway from other guests. The property was great, but couldn’t sleep because of the noise and lights.」
