「I knew my goal was to spend more time outdoors than in. Good location. Walking distance to Ilikai, Hilton, Ala Moana Mall, etc. Pool was a nice alternative to walking to crowded beach during day, and relaxing in the evenings. Jacuzzi was good and evenings always in use. 「The hotel does not allow any early checkins and they would need to know 3 days in advance to attempt to accommodate. The elevators take way too long so if you uber or lyft make sure to start your journey 10 mins before so you dont loose your rideshare. The location is in a great place and you can walk to many places without a car. The hotel parking is expensive but may not be needed. The flooring in the halls could be cleaned or carpet can be replaced as they were stained and had an oder. The...

「The place has four walls, a bathroom, a mattress, refrigerator, and a window a/c unit. That's about all I can say for it. "Spartan" would be a generous adjective. Dingy older building; musty smell in the "condo"; shower was TINY and leaked horribly when using the detachable shower head. Did not have warm water one of the mornings. If this had been called a "private room in hostel" and the price had been 50% what I paid, it would have been an acceptable value. 」

「Not only was I lied to about the type of property that I paid for “condo”. It was dirty when I got there. The building was falling apart and no one had answers. It was oh call this person call that person. I asked for my trip to be refunded and to no surprise I did not get a response. If you’re traveling I highly recommend you go straight to a chain place. 」
