We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place at Ho‘opili. The hotel is very new, clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room was spacious, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient for exploring the west side of O‘ahu. We especially enjoyed how peaceful the area felt compared with the busier Waikiki area. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Hyatt Place at Ho‘opili!

Good breakfast! The only thing is that the exit gate takes forever to open for the guests who have checkout. They need to make that better by giving the guests key card to exit the parking lot.

The room itself was clean. Front desk staff were friendly as well as the cleaning staff. Breakfast was okay. The fruit tasted frozen and barely thawed. My only complaint is that there is no set “adult swim” time. I got to enjoy the pool and hot tub for barely an hour before getting jumped on by kids (which the parents ALLOWED). I also gotta say is that parking gets EXPENSIVE and is NOT CHARGED TO THE ROOM LIKE FRONT DESK SAYS!! I had to pay to get OUT and there were no handicap spots available outside of the gate.

I was originally going to leave 3 stars, but what happened on my last day made this experience unacceptable. At 6:50 a.m., I was woken up by a dog barking nonstop in the room directly next to ours. I recorded a video outside their door and called the front desk. I was told someone would come up to address it. Thirty minutes later, the dog was STILL barking and no one had come to check or resolve the issue. Being woken up that early was frustrating, but the lack of response from the hotel made it much worse. Parking is extremely expensive at $42/night. There are fewer than 10 free spots out front. They were open our first 3 days, but on day 4 the hotel blocked them with white cones, forcing guests to pay for parking. On day 5, it was still blocked, and they said it was for loading only, despite it looking like a normal parking spot with no signs. Additionally, the AC rattled loudly. We opened it and found an extremely dirty filter that had not been cleaned in a long time. Cleaning it didn't fix it. On the first day at check in, we requested daily housekeeping at 11 AM. On the 2nd day, we returned to the hotel around noon and the room still had not been cleaned. We ended up waiting until around 3 PM and had to flag down housekeeping to get the room cleaned. After that, we had to ask every day to make sure our room was cleaned on time. Extremely limited bathroom towels. We had to request extras. The TV does not support AirPlay and there is only 1 microwave in the lobby.

They charge 500 in case there is damage, they charge 42 dollars a day to park. We stayed for ten days and they hold so many outside parties or weddings we didn’t have any place to park for 4 days. We had put all our stuff up so they could clean our room 4 different days and still the never replenished toilet paper towels coffee I had to keep going to the front desk to get everything just to shower my kids.

Breakfast on Saturday was kind of depressing for meat it was a thin slice of ham like a pepperoni size, the best thing was meeting the pool attendant cjay who we saw was greeting everyone and kept on checking up on guests to make sure they are ok, and even went out of her way to give us Info about places to sight see and visit while here on oahu

The parking lot was confusing at first. The staff cleared it up after checking in. However when we returned from our event there were no parking available, the security had to allow us to park in a no parking zone area.
